API Usage Policy

This policy applies to all API clients, resellers, and integrations.

1. Credentials & Security

• Keep API keys confidential and rotate keys if exposure is suspected.
• Client is fully responsible for requests sent through its API key.
• Unauthorized sharing/reselling of API credentials is prohibited.

2. Rate & Reliability

• Excessive request bursts may be throttled or temporarily blocked.
• Use retries with backoff; avoid high-frequency polling abuse.
• Maintenance windows and upstream provider delays can affect response timing.

3. Data Integrity

• Submit valid links and parameters only; malformed requests may fail without refund.
• Webhook/notification logic should handle partial and delayed status transitions.

4. Compliance

API use must comply with applicable law and platform rules. Abusive automation, fraud, and manipulation campaigns are prohibited.
