This policy explains billing, disputes, and chargeback handling.
1. Payments
- Orders are processed based on available account balance at submission time.
- Fees from gateways, FX, and network confirmation delays may apply.
- Promotional balance may have separate expiration or usage limits.
2. Refund Path
- Undelivered approved amounts are usually returned to platform balance first.
- Direct payment-method refunds follow Refund Policy conditions and review.
3. Chargebacks
- Unresolved chargebacks/disputes can lead to account hold or permanent closure.
- Fraudulent chargebacks after service consumption may trigger legal recovery actions.
4. Verification
For risk control, RanoSocial may request identity or payment verification before enabling or restoring account features.
