This policy explains how refill support works for eligible services.
1. Eligibility
- Only services marked as refill-supported are covered.
- Refill period starts from order completion time shown in dashboard.
- Private, renamed, or deleted profiles/content may void refill eligibility.
2. Refill Scope
- Refills address unexpected drops within the service refill window.
- Refill restores toward delivered quantity, not guaranteed exact retention forever.
- Multiple refill requests for the same order may be merged or queued.
3. Exclusions
- No refill for platform purges, account bans, username changes, or content removal.
- No refill for orders placed with incorrect links or wrong service type.
- No refill when destination account blocks or limits interactions.
4. Request Process
Open a ticket with order ID and evidence. Our team reviews and processes valid requests according to queue and service limits.
