This Refund Policy applies to all services and payments made through Ranosocial. By registering, adding balance, or placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Principles
Payments made on Ranosocial are generally final and non-refundable. Unless a problem is caused by a platform system error, technical issue, or our inability to deliver the service, funds will not be refunded outside the platform. Any remaining balance in your account may only be used for purchases on Ranosocial and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded to any external payment method.

2. Order Processing and Cancellation
Once an order has been submitted and entered into processing, it cannot normally be canceled. Unless the platform confirms that the order cannot be fulfilled due to a system-related issue, cancellation or refund requests made after submission will generally not be accepted.

3. Incomplete or Failed Orders
If an order is not fully completed because of a system malfunction, service issue, or execution failure, the value of the uncompleted portion will be returned to your Ranosocial account balance. In most cases, this process is handled automatically and does not require a manual refund request.

4. Third-Party Platform Changes
Some services offered by Ranosocial depend on third-party social media platforms. If an order is delayed, interrupted, reduced, or cannot be completed due to algorithm updates, policy changes, API limitations, maintenance, or other external actions by platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, or others, Ranosocial is generally not responsible for issuing an external refund. Unless the related service provider accepts responsibility and provides compensation, such cases do not qualify for cash refunds.

5. Service Guarantees
Certain services may include refill, maintenance, replacement, or similar guarantees, as described on the relevant service page. If a purchased service is still within its guarantee period, the platform will first handle the issue according to that guarantee rather than issue a refund. Users are responsible for reviewing the service description, conditions, and after-sales terms before placing an order.

6. User Errors
Ranosocial is not responsible for refunds when problems are caused by user mistakes, including but not limited to providing an incorrect link, entering the wrong username, selecting the wrong service, or misunderstanding the service description. Users should carefully review all order details before submission.

7. Abuse and Violations
If we detect abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, misuse of services, threats or harassment toward support staff, abnormal bulk ordering, attacks on the system, or any violation of platform rules, Ranosocial reserves the right to restrict account functions, deduct balance, cancel orders, or permanently terminate the account without issuing a refund.

8. Fraudulent Payments
If a payment is made using an unauthorized payment method, a stolen credit card, or another person's identity without permission, Ranosocial reserves the right to immediately terminate the related account and order, and deny any refund or compensation request. We may also cooperate with payment providers or authorities when necessary.

9. Interpretation and Enforcement
Ranosocial reserves the final right to interpret and enforce this Refund Policy. Any attempt to bypass the rules, abuse the after-sales process, or obtain improper refunds may result in suspension of services, account restrictions, or permanent termination.
