3. Account and Order Rules
1. Before placing an order, users must ensure that all submitted information is true, accurate, and complete, including but not limited to links, usernames, account status, and selected services.
2. If a profile, page, or target link is required to be public for service delivery, users must confirm that requirement before placing an order. Ranosocial is not responsible for failures caused by private settings, hidden content, changed usernames, or restricted access.
3. Once an order has been submitted and enters processing, it generally cannot be canceled, changed, or manually refunded, subject to the Refund Policy and order status.
4. Users should not place duplicate orders for the same link or target while another order is already in progress, as this may cause delays, conflicts, or inaccurate results. Any resulting issue is the user’s responsibility.

5. Some services may include refill, maintenance, or other guarantees, as specifically stated on the relevant service page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ranosocial does not guarantee any particular result, duration, or long-term stability.

5. Order Processing and Delivery
1. Order start times, processing speeds, and completion periods may vary depending on system load, service type, target platform conditions, or supplier availability.
2. Ranosocial may queue, delay, or deliver orders in stages when necessary.
3. If an order cannot be fully completed due to a system issue, the unfulfilled portion will be handled according to the Refund Policy, including return to the user’s account balance where applicable.
4. Completed, delivered, or system-marked completed orders are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund unless otherwise stated in the service description or required by a verified system error.

6. Balance, Payments, and Refunds
1. Funds added to a Ranosocial account are intended for platform use only and, unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by the platform, are not withdrawable, transferable, or refundable to the original payment method.

7. Prohibited Conduct
